Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes — we offer free delivery across Pakistan on every order, with no minimum spend.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. You can pay on delivery, or check out online — whichever feels easier for you.
How long does an order take to reach me?
Every piece is hand-finished, so please allow a little patience. Made-to-order pieces can take up to forty hours of handwork alone; once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your city.
Can I get a piece made-to-measure?
Yes. Every silhouette can be tailored beyond our standard XS–XL range — reach out to us with your measurements and we'll craft it to fit.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page lists our size range from XS to XL. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us before ordering and we'll help you choose — or request a custom fit.
How should I care for a handcrafted piece?
Gentle hand-wash or dry clean is recommended for silk and hand-embellished pieces, to protect the embroidery and mirror-work. Full care notes are included with every order.
What if I need to exchange or return something?
We want you to love what arrives. Reach out within a few days of delivery and we'll help with an exchange or return — see our full Refund Policy for details.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Rarely — most pieces are made in small batches, and once a drop sells out, it doesn't return in the same form. New arrivals are added weekly, so it's worth checking back.
